Welcome to Panthr, operated by Juma Software LLC & Emrld City Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Some features require a donation-based membership. By registering,you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account.

Donations may be made through the app or our web portal. In-app donations may incur third-party fees (e.g., Apple/Google service fees). A portion of each donation (currently 5%) may be used to cover platform processing and operational costs. This information is transparently disclosed in our member budget.

Our response commitment

All member reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours of being submitted. If content or behavior is found to violate our policies, appropriate action will be taken, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning. We reserve the right to remove any content or member account that we determine to be harmful to the safety or integrity of the community.

We believe in building a digital space rooted in mutual respect, safety, and accountability. Members who do not uphold these principles will not be permitted to participate on our platform.

All content provided through the Service — including software, text, graphics, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Juma Software LLC and protected under applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.
